Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Although Ashley hasn't talked extensively about her parents, she has acknowledged her grandfather with the birth of her desire to work hard as the bodybuilder was popular in his 30s and 20s. Ashley has always been active from the time she was a young girl she started taking swimming lessons when she was age four, and continued for the next 10 years. There is a strong belief that Ashley was a participant in various competitions. But, she was not put in the time because she was not willing to stick to strict diet rules so her body would function at optimally. The model was a bit popular in the time of her high school, mostly due to her gorgeous physique and attractive looks however, it's unclear who she was with during this period of her life. Ashley completed her studies and determined that she would not enroll in the college. In the end, Ashley focused her energy to pursue a career as fitness-model. Ashley realized that she wasn't happy with how her body appeared at the age of fifteen. In the direction of her grandpa, she decided to join the gym. She followed the advice of her grandfather and began slow. She didn't realize she would spend the next nine years building her physique and slowly becoming a fitness model. Invigorated by her win Ashley entered the 2014. WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and finished seventh. She was motivated to feel that she had suffered an undeserved defeat, and decided to train even harder. She returned for the 2015 WBFF World Championships and won the fifth spot after this event ended. Ashley decided that she didn't want to compete anymore. When she was still competing in events she was offered a variety of photoshoots. She didn't want to combine her careers. When she decided to stop competition and quit, she started working as a fitness model. Following her appearance on the cover of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was then able to begin her fitness modeling career as soon after signing with an agency for modeling. She has since gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has been a model for a variety of bikini brands and worldwide known clothing brands.
